Scope of Work & Deliverables
We deliver the agreed project scope outlined at checkout or in the signed contract. This includes the specific pages, features, design revisions, and launch support explicitly described in your project agreement.
Additional Customizations & Updates Fee
Any additional site edits, custom tweaks, or new features requested after initial approval or outside standard monthly maintenance are subject to a nominal fee, typically $10 or less depending on the complexity of the work.
Client Responsibilities & Timelines
The client is responsible for providing photos, text, branding assets, and any information needed to complete the project. Projects delayed more than 30 days due to missing client information may be placed on hold until those materials are received.
Payment Terms & Subscriptions
Upfront build fees are due prior to final site launch. Monthly hosting and maintenance packages bill automatically via Stripe on a recurring cycle. Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension of hosting services.
Refund & Performance Guarantee
- Performance Guarantee: A full or partial refund may be issued if the project fails to meet the agreed scope, or if a critical technical error on our end cannot be fixed within 5 business days.
- Non-refundable: Refunds are not provided for change of mind after work has begun, delays caused by the client, or requests outside the original agreed scope.
Hosting & Ownership
The client owns all custom site assets upon final payment. Monthly plans include hosting, ongoing maintenance, security updates, and basic content updates as described in the selected package.
